PQP (Project Quality Plan)

Purpose

The purpose of the quality plan is to define the key requirements of the project, quality and performance, at every stage of the project.

With implementation of the PQP awareness, the objectives are easily met in design, engineering, procurement, construction and support functions of the project.

The PQP is supplemental to SS Engineers, the Quality Management System (QMS) that mechanise to link specific requirements of the Client / Project.
